1. Who controls the data

Rwdah, operated by DLCO, controls personal data submitted through rwdah.com. Privacy requests may be sent to info@rwdah.com.

2. What we may collect

When secure inquiry storage is activated, the initial form may collect your full name, email address, optional telephone number and privacy acknowledgement, together with limited technical records needed for security, routing and retention. It will not accept free-text messages, documents or sensitive personal data in its initial phase.

3. Why we use it

We use inquiry data to respond, qualify requirements, prepare commercial follow-up, maintain business records, protect the website and meet legal obligations. We do not sell inquiry data.

4. Storage and access

The current website does not store inquiry-form submissions. Any future activation will use a secured server-side route, private access-controlled storage, encryption, audit logging, rate limiting and bot protection. Collection remains inactive until the provider, data-transfer assessment and final notice are approved.

5. Retention

Unconverted inquiries should be reviewed and deleted or anonymized 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. Records connected to a quotation, contract, dispute, statutory obligation or active business relationship may be retained for the applicable legal or operational period. Identifiable personal data is not retained indefinitely merely because storage is available.

6. Requests and deletion

You may ask for access, correction or deletion by emailing info@rwdah.com. We will verify the requester, record the request, notify relevant processors where required and respond under the applicable Saudi data-protection requirements. Data subject to a valid legal hold will be restricted and retained only for that purpose.
